SCHOOL TERM AND HOLIDAY DATES – 2009/ 10, 2010/11 AND 2011/12

CONSULTATION PERIOD 1st - 26TH SEPTEMBER INCLUSIVE

The City Council is consulting on the above date patterns and would like to know your views on a range of options prepared by our Working Party. These options, along with other relevant materials, will be on display at your school, library, children's centre, youth &community centre or Early Years settings; they are also available on line at:

Two options are presented for each respective year. Please review these and let us know your preference for each year by completing and returning the City Consultation 'preference slip' or, alternatively, registering your views on our internet site. Please remember to express onlv one preference for each year.

The Consultation will run from 1st September to 26" September 2008 inclusive - preferences received before or after these dates will not be counted.

It is hoped to publish agreed dates towards the end of November 2008.
