The Government, in the Building Brighter Futures document, sets out their vision of making this country the best place in the world for children to grow up. This means that everyone who volunteers or works with children, young people and/or their families, or who is responsible for improving their outcomes, has a key role to play in making this happen.

Workshop 1 - Friday 28th November, 2.00pm - 4.00pm

Workshop 2 - Monday 1st December, 2.00pm - 4.00pm

The City Council has published a draft of a new contract for voluntary sector organisations they fund. The period of consultation ran until 5th December 2008. Meetings were held at VAL on: 15th October, 30th October and 12th November 2008.
