Economic Development

Economic development and regeneration programmes are actively seeking the views and input of local communities. This is happening in Leicester and the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) has an ideal opportunity to engage directly and influentially with city-wide regeneration.

VAL provides a range of services to the voluntary and community sector in relation to economic development and regeneration in Leicester. Our purpose is to enable local groups and individuals to:

  • Influence service design and delivery of economic development and regeneration.
  • Deliver high quality services in economic development and regeneration in Leicester.
